Terms of Service

POD Redesign ("we", "our", or "us") provides a self-serve software tool for print-on-demand sellers to create, edit, and improve original, user-owned, or properly licensed design assets.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use POD Redesign. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate account and payment information.
• You may not share account access or use another person's account without permission.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

POD Redesign may offer paid subscriptions and prepaid credit packages. Credits are a limited, non-cash license to use features inside POD Redesign. Credits are not stored value, currency, or a financial product.

• Subscription benefits apply while your subscription is active, unless otherwise stated.
• Prepaid credits may be used only inside POD Redesign and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
• We may change prices, plans, or included features prospectively. Existing paid periods are not shortened by a price change.
• Payment processors may apply their own terms, risk checks, fraud controls, and tax handling.

You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs you create, subject to any third-party rights and the terms of the AI or processing services involved. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide and improve POD Redesign.

• You must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, reference, or use.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.
• We do not manually create custom designs for customers, and we do not sell premade design packs or physical goods.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use POD Redesign to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

• Do not upload or generate content that copies third-party marketplace artwork, brand logos, protected characters, or copyrighted designs without authorization.
• Do not use POD Redesign for illegal, deceptive, harmful, adult, gambling, regulated financial, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or usage restrictions.

We work to keep POD Redesign reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider downtime, rate limits, or events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably needed.

POD Redesign is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, legally safe for every use, commercially successful, or accepted by any marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POD Redesign will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or marketplace account issues arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law. You may stop using POD Redesign at any time.
