Acceptable Use Policy

You may use POD Redesign only with content that you own, created yourself, have licensed, or otherwise have legal permission to use.

• Do not upload, trace, recreate, or generate designs based on third-party artwork without permission.
• Do not use marketplace product images, competitor listings, brand assets, logos, characters, or copyrighted artwork unless you have the rights to do so.
• Do not use POD Redesign to create confusingly similar, counterfeit, or derivative products that infringe another party's rights.

• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, design rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Do not use protected brand names, celebrity names, team names, logos, slogans, or characters in prompts or outputs without authorization.
• Do not remove watermarks, attribution, copyright notices, or rights-management information from content you do not own.

• Do not use POD Redesign for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive listings, phishing, malware, spam, or platform abuse.
• Do not create or distribute hateful, harassing, exploitative, threatening, or non-consensual content.
• Do not create sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Do not use the service to evade marketplace rules, payment processor rules, or applicable law.

• Do not use POD Redesign to provide legal, medical, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
• Do not use the service for gambling, betting, lotteries, illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or regulated financial products.
• Do not represent POD Redesign outputs as official documents, government records, or endorsements from third parties.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, credit limits, rate limits, payment controls, or usage restrictions.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• Do not sell, rent, sublicense, or share access to your account or automation credentials.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, deny refunds, block payment access, or terminate service if we believe this policy has been violated. We may also cooperate with payment processors, marketplaces, rights holders, and law enforcement when required or appropriate.
