Privacy Policy

We only collect what is strictly required to authenticate you, run AI generations, and bill credits. Specifically:

• Account information. Email address, basic profile (name, avatar) via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Source images you select. Cropped image data is sent to AI providers for processing. We do not retain it on our servers after the generation completes.
• Prompts. Text you enter to describe the new design. Stored alongside the generation record so you can revisit it.
• Job history. Generated outputs and metadata are stored locally in Chrome storage on your device — not on our servers.
• Credit and billing data. Credit balance, transactions, and subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage diagnostics. Minimal anonymous logs (errors, request counts) so we can keep the extension reliable.

• Authenticate you and link credits to your account.
• Send images and prompts to AI providers for processing.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions / top-up purchases.
• Diagnose bugs and improve extension stability.
• Communicate service-critical updates (e.g. billing receipts, security notices).

We rely on a small set of trusted providers. Each receives only the minimum data needed to perform its job:

• Authentication & database provider — account creation, sign-in, and credit ledger storage.
• AI image generation providers — process your cropped images and prompts to produce new designs (Server 1 and Server 2).
• Background removal service — receives images when you trigger AI Remove Background.
• Image upscaling service — receives images when you trigger AI Upscale 4K.
• Payment processor — handles subscriptions and credit pack purchases. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with parties outside of these processing relationships. Vendors may change over time; this policy will be updated if the categories of processing change materially.

• Generated designs and job history are stored in Chrome local storage on your own device. Clearing extension data — or uninstalling the extension — removes them.
• Account, credit, and billing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, tax, and audit obligations.
• Source images sent to AI providers are not persisted by us after the generation completes.

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent and stop using the extension by signing out and uninstalling it.

POD Redesign is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or via email when relevant. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
