IP and DMCA Takedown Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

POD Redesign respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how rights holders can report alleged copyright, trademark, or other IP infringement involving use of our service.

1.Our Role

POD Redesign is a self-serve SaaS design tool. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload, reference, generate, download, publish, or sell does not infringe third-party rights. We do not authorize users to copy marketplace artwork, protected brands, logos, characters, or copyrighted designs.

2.What to Report

  • Copyright infringement involving content used with or generated through POD Redesign.
  • Trademark, brand, logo, trade dress, or publicity-right concerns.
  • Attempts to use POD Redesign to recreate, clone, or sell unauthorized third-party designs.

3.How to Submit a Notice

Send notices to support@podredesign.com. Include enough information for us to understand and review the claim.

  • Your full legal name, company name if applicable, and contact email.
  • A description of the copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected work you claim is being infringed.
  • The URL, account identifier, screenshot, order ID, or other information that helps us locate the allegedly infringing material or activity.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4.Our Response

  • We may request additional information if a notice is incomplete.
  • We may remove or restrict access to content, suspend features, or disable accounts when appropriate.
  • We may notify the affected user and provide details of the claim where legally appropriate.
  • Repeat or severe infringement may result in account termination.

5.Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to support@podredesign.com.

  • Identify the material that was removed or restricted and where it appeared.
  • Explain why you believe the restriction was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Provide your name, contact information, and a statement made in good faith.
  • Include your physical or electronic signature.

6.No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for operational clarity and is not legal advice. Rights holders and users should consult qualified counsel for legal questions about copyright, trademark, licensing, or marketplace compliance.
