Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and prepaid credit packages are handled for POD Redesign.
1.Digital Delivery
POD Redesign provides digital access through your account. Credit packs and subscription access are delivered electronically after payment confirmation from our payment provider.
2.Subscriptions
- You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals.
- Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Unless otherwise required by law or stated by the payment provider, access remains available until the end of the paid period.
- If you were charged after cancellation due to a processing error, contact us and we will review the charge.
3.Prepaid Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Because credits can be delivered and consumed immediately, refunds are limited.
- Unused credit packs may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Credits that have been used, consumed, transferred through account activity, or granted as promotional credits are generally not refundable.
- Credits are not cash, stored value, or a withdrawable balance.
4.Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
- A confirmed payment where credits or subscription access were not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue.
- A technical failure that prevented use of a paid feature and cannot be reasonably remedied.
- A refund required by applicable law or by the payment provider's rules.
5.Non-Refundable Cases
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality after credits have been consumed.
- Marketplace rejection, copyright/trademark concerns, or commercial performance of designs generated using the service.
- Account suspension caused by violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests made after substantial use of the purchased credits or subscription benefits.
6.How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@podredesign.com with your account email, payment date, payment provider, order ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may request additional information to verify the purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
7.Chargebacks and Disputes
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, your account access may be limited while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide payment and delivery records to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.
