How licenses work
One key per purchase
After payment you get an activation key (PODR-...) on screen and by email. Paste it into the extension. The first Google email that activates it becomes the owner.
One device per seat
Each seat is one Google email with one active computer. Signing in somewhere else signs the old computer out (up to 5 switches a day).
Teams
The owner adds or removes members by email on the Account page, up to 2 changes a month. Need more seats? Email us.

Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes. POD Redesign Max is "bring your own key": you add an API key from OpenAI, Google AI (Gemini) or xAI (Grok), and the extension sends your request straight to that provider. You pay the provider for what you generate, at their prices. We don't sell credits and don't add a markup.
Plain warning: free AI accounts usually can't make images. OpenAI's free tier has no access to image models, and Gemini image generation has no free tier. Add billing (a payment method or prepaid credit) at the provider first. How to get a key.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. 30-day and 365-day passes don't renew. When a pass ends, the extension tells you and you can buy a new one if you want to keep going. Lifetime is a single payment. The clock of a pass starts when you first activate the key, not when you buy it.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Each email has one active device at a time. Signing in on a new computer signs the old one out, and you can switch up to 5 times a day. If several people need it at the same time, use a Team plan: every seat is one Google email, and the owner adds or removes members on the Account page (up to 2 member changes a month).
How do I pay, and how do I get my key?
Pay in VND by bank transfer with a VietQR code, or in USD by card (LemonSqueezy, which also handles sales tax). A bank transfer is confirmed automatically from our bank's transaction notice, usually within a minute. Once the payment is confirmed, your activation key (PODR-...) appears on the checkout page and is emailed to you. Paste it into the extension's Settings.
Can I get a refund?
Lifetime licenses can be refunded within 7 days of payment if you have generated 20 images or fewer with the key. See the Refund Policy for passes and other cases.
How much does one image cost?
It depends on the provider, the model, the quality and the size you pick, and providers change their prices. Higher quality and 4K cost more than medium quality at 1K. Simple and Creative Redesign also make a short, cheap text call to read your crop first. Check the provider's pricing page, and set a monthly spending limit in your provider account so there are no surprises. We never see your AI bill.
